Does City Power take notice?

I am in agreement with what Hendrik Verheem has to say about electricity. I too have a problem with street lights working during the day and then not in the evening. The lights in a section of Banket Street  from Crous to Dakota Avenue have been working during the day for at least the past four months.

On the other hand there are no street lights burning on the very dangerous bend down Ruhamah Drive. Then also Doreen Road up at the top has been beautifully tarred and lines painted, but half the lights do not work at night time and when you come over the top and into the bottom end of CR Swart Drive there are not lights. These streets are extremely dangerous to drive on at night time and very dark.

We are constantly being told to save electricity, but it is being wasted during day light hours!

I sincerely hope that notice will be taken of these letters.
