Driving through Roodepoort, during daytime, you will notice streetlights burning – in the middle of the day! We must save on electricity and are punished with load-shedding, but City Power is not following suit.
The lights have been burning in daylight since April this year. Try and report it, is just a waste of time as you get to hold the phone for long periods and then the line goes dead.
My wife did manage to get a reference no. 21188904 (11 May 2015) but still – the light are burning!
