Since 4 December 2004, I have been trying to get Guard Rails erected in front of my property with the help of councillor Willie Van Der Schyff.

I read a letter from the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) dated 3 September 2010 which states I have been placed on the priority list for Guard Rails.

Since then, I have written several letters to Mr William Mabotja from the JRA for an update regarding this matter.

I have never received a response from them yet.
