Let’s start off with National Get to Know Your Customers Day…
By getting to know your customers, relationships are created and loyalty and trust is built.
This could lead to your customers advertising your business through positive word of mouth.
You can do this by having a suggestion box where your customers can either compliment your business or give you tips on how you can improve it.
A survey could also help get to know their needs and wants.
It is also National Hot Dog Month and do you know what that means?
It means that if you get home tired from work and you still have to deal with possible load shedding, you can make hot dogs for supper.
It is easy to make.
Just add a vienna to a roll with your favourite sauce and you are good to go.
