William Nicol Road- Road of death

I am in total agreement with Leopold Bosch and T Oosthuysen. How many people must die or be severely injured before JMPD and JRA implement by-laws and place signs preventing heavy vehicles from using William Nicol Road? Isn’t there some legislation that hold local government institutions liable for negligent death of road users, etc.?

I would like to meet with our Councillor together with anyone else who has an interest in this matter, such as the gentlemen mentioned above to see how we can place some pressure on JMPD and JRA, to prevent further deaths on this road.

It is an unacceptable situation, and citizens should stand together to prevent further carnage.
