I would like to compliment the record on their front page article From Trash to Treasure, and especially Queen Phashe-Boikanyo for the work she is doing.

I am so pleased it has been “another man’s treasure” to her. I am afraid that our littering habits are disgusting and it is so refreshing to see that someone is making a living out of our rubbish, which is able to be recycled.

We have such bad littering habits, and although authorities are asking us continually to be more conscious of how and where we dispose of our rubbish, I even have seen a plastic bottle being thrown out of the window of a police car.

So if they don’t care, why should I? Keep it up Queen! You are setting a wonderful example.
