Four men were nabbed for possession and theft of motor vehicle batteries on 31 March in Muldersdrift.
According to Warrant Officer Hitler Ngwenya, “Our police officers arrested four men between the ages of 26 and 34 years old in possession of stolen goods.”
WO Ngwenya said they received numerous tip-offs from members of the public regarding the suspects’ criminal activities. They were found in possession of batteries and cellphones. All four suspects are expected to appear in the Krugersdorp Magistrates’ Court.
“The partnership between the police and members of the public is highly appreciated in the quest to keep Muldersdrift crime free.”
