Woman allegedly made illegal u-turn which led to accident
A biker was injured following a collision between a truck and a motor vehicle.
The accident happened this afternoon on the Ontdekkers Road and Corlett Avenue intersection.
Information indicated that the vehicle was allegedly trying to make an illegal U-turn at the intersection when the truck was hit.
The motorcyclist traveling behind the truck rammed into the truck’s rear.
The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries, but still needs to be confirmed. ER24 and Netcare 911 paramedics were on the scene to assist.
