FC Real ready for Supersport United
ROODEPOORT – Football coach says commitment is the key to success in soccer.
Football Club Real started in 2013 with just 10 players and according to Head Coach Bevan Bowers, the club currently has 120 registered players.
“What makes our club different is that we develop and educate our players to maintain and sustain quality football actions throughout the game. Players are conditioned to have a positive outlook, with the ability to give 100 per cent at all times, however, with the emphasis on the key objective, which is to maintain a quality technical football performance for the duration of the match.”
He explained that the club’s relationship with Allen Glen High School is what makes it so special. “We have been training at Allen Glen’s soccer fields three times a week for the last couple of years.”
“We currently have age groups that range from U8s to U13s and we have a senior team as well,” added Bowers.
He explained that the club is focusing and training for their upcoming match against Supersport United that will be taking place on 11 and 12 April.
“We still have space open for new members who want to join and excel at the game of football,” concluded Bowers.
