The buses are not on time, don’t come at all and are way over full wen a bus do come. We as the passengers pay a hell of a load of money for a service that is pathetic. We pay your salaries and have a right to demand a decent service.
Were not safe at the stops and we blame you for this as you can not manage the staff or the service as you get paid to do.
