Urgent: Open day to deal with municipal problems

Public invited to bring queries and complaints.

The City of Johannesburg will once again engage with its customers by hosting an Open Day at the Civic Centre on 28 February.

This exercise has proved to be relatively successful in the past and afford residents the opportunity to cut through the red tape and be assisted by expert customer relations agents who will be on board to help assist customers with their accounts.

The Group Finance’s Revenue Shared Services Centre department will offer an array of services to customers on the day.

“Residents are encouraged to attend as this is a service that is brought directly to their door step,” said Kgamanyane Maphologela, Director Communications and Stakeholder Management.

A variety of departments were also targeted and requested to come on board as that will help the Revenue Shared Services department to meet its mission of ‘excellent service delivery and customer centricity’.

The Revenue Shared Services Centre department will use the open day strategy platform to not only create awareness but to also educate the community on the services and the products that it offers.

Join the Revenue Shared Services Centre at this open day and allow the city to help you with your account.

Date: Saturday, 28 February 2015

Time: 08h00 – 15h30

Venue: Roodepoort Civic Centre (100 Christiaan de Wet Road, Florida Park)
