With Rhino Awareness Month around the corner three pupils from Trinityhouse Prep School in Little Falls had a brainwave to raise funds for rhinos.
Deputy principal of the Foundation Phase Karen Cammell said, “The three pupils who came up with the bright idea are Rachael Ross, Valeska Pawlowitz and Morgan Ross. And they decided to start a Rhino drive at the school.”
She explained that the girls gave each class in the school a jar in which they can put their loose change.
“The loose change will be counted every Friday and the pupils will donate the money to Rhino SA in time for Rhino Awareness Month in September and their reason for doing this is to help preserve rhinos for future generations,” concluded Cammell.
