King’s bright and cheerful for Valentine’s

It was a mix of colours (mostly red) as pupils at King’s School West Rand celebrated Valentine’s Day on 13 February.

Marketing officer at the school Bronwyn Barnard explained that the Valentine’s celebrations was a week-long affair where the pupils had different themes to follow each day.

“The last theme was Super Hero Day and every pupil dressed up as his/her favourite superhero. And we also had a gift day where pupils brought gifts for each other as love is about giving rather then receiving,” concluded Barnard.
