I always support local movie shows, and go to the cinema early on Tuesdays, on the website the show I wanted to see Mooirivier was showing at 9am at a local shopping mall.
The cinema opened 10 minutes late. The woman selling the tickets was not informed about the movie because she thought it was in 3D, (which it was not). Then she didn’t have change.
After all the drama I sat down and bright lights were on the screen with sound but no picture. I then had to find someone to help, but nobody was around. After going back down stairs to tell them the problem, I sat down and waited for a further 10 minutes with only sound.
I wanted my money back, but when the manager came when he could not manage to stop chatting with passersby. There has been a steady decline in Ster Kinekor at the shopping centre for a long time, now it has hit rock bottom.
I will now wait for Box-office.
