Earlier this week I accompanied my two teenagers to the Roodepoort offices of the Department of Home Affairs to apply for their passports.

What a pleasure! The service was just so efficient and friendly – big smiles and friendly assistance all-round. We were in and out, all done, within half an hour. My complements to them and for setting an example of how things can actually be done.
