Billing to attend

A story recently went abuzz in Europe where a five-year-old’s parents were sent an invoice when their child did not attend a party he had RSVP’d for.

We can relate with a similar story. You get invited to a wedding, agree that you will attend but cancel at the very last minute. Our economy has made it very difficult to host people at any given moment and supply the catering. With that said, agreeing to attend an event and not showing up is a gross inconvenience.

We took to the streets to find out what our residents thought of the idea of billing someone that cancels on you.
