New heights in Brazilian soccer

RUIMSIG – Brazilian Soccer School attracts new members with growing partnership with SuperSport United.

The Brazilian Soccer School already boasts more than 40 members since opening their doors in Ruimsig.

The schools have been training soccer enthusiast for four years, taking in players from five to 14 years old. They currently boast schools in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Durban.

Head coach Shannon Allen said they are also affiliated with SuperSport Football Club which offers their players the opportunity to enter into the league and get a head start into professional football.

“We play five-a-side games and we have also had a couple of our players in the league through our partnership with SuperSport. Last season, our boys did incredibly well. Out of the five league games we played we only lost two games.”

The new Ruimsig club is also proud of a couple of new changes, including the addition of new coaches.
