DA councillor Suzanne Clark and Dowry Guarding and Technical Security Systems, are inviting all residents of the Helderkruin and Kloofendal areas to assist with a clean-up on 17 January.
The clean-up will commence at 8am in the veld behind the Westways Shopping Centre on the corner of Wilgerood and Ouklip Road since this stretch of the green belt is favoured by criminals.
Volunteers will be rewarded with cooldrinks and boerewors rolls.
