Carols to entertain the entire family
KLOOFENDAL – Entry is free, bring your blanket and come and enjoy a magical evening, says event organiser Elise van Platen.
The NG Church in Kloofendal decided to do something special for Christmas this year with their Carols by Candlelight that will take place on 30 November.
Event organiser Elise van Platen said, “Our community outreach organised the event and they decided that we will be having a bilingual service so that everyone in the community will be able to attend.”
She explained that they are planning to host it as an outside show but added that they are prepared should the weather change. “If it starts to rain then we will move the service into the building.
“The entire family is welcome to attend and we urge everyone to bring along their blankets and a candle; it promises to be an entertaining night out for the family.
“The Carols will start at 6pm and people are more than welcome to start arriving any time from 5pm. Our address is 19 Opal Avenue in Kloofendal,” concluded van Platen.
