Motorcycle accident in peak traffic
Rider sustained only moderate injuries.
A collision between a motor vehicle and a motorcycle brought peak traffic to a standstill this morning, 30 October.
A motorcycle was travelling on Albertina Sisulu Road in the direction of Roodepoort CBD when a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction turned into Nywerheid Street and collided with it.
The driver of the motor vehicle was not injured but the motorcyclist sustained moderate injuries. He was conscious and treated on the scene by emergency services but refused to be taken to hospital.
