Woman seriously injured in accident

A woman was seriously injured in a car accident at the intersection of Ontdekkers Road and Corlett Avenue early yesterday evening (29 September).

It is believed that the woman wanted to turn from Ontdekkers Road into Corlett Avenue when another vehicle impacted her vehicle on the side. The impact caused her vehicle to roll and land on its roof.

The woman was treated on the scene and transported to hospital. The driver of the other vehicle was treated for mild to moderate injuries and also transported to hospital.
