A man tragically lost his life following a shooting incident on Millward Road in Maraisburg this morning (23 September).
Details surrounding the incident and preceding events are still unknown and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
When Netcare 911 paramedics arrived on scene they found the body of a man, believed to be in his twenties, laying at the side of the road.
The man was declared dead on scene, as he succumbed to the extensive injury sustained during the shooting incident.
