The rape case of kwaito star Sipho Brickz Ndlovu once again has been postponed.
Ndlovu is accused of raping a minor in March last year and has to wait until 20 October to hear if the National Directorate of Public Prosecution (NDPP) will proceed with the case against him.
On Thursday (18 September) in the Roodepoort Magistates’ Court, Ndlovu’s lawyer Dumisani Mabunda told the court that after speaking to the chief prosecutor, she indicated that the case is going to be escalated to the NDPP.
The judge then postponed the case.
