Police are searching the Helderkruin area for three armed suspects that were involved in two house burglaries late this morning (20 August).
According to Bruce Webster of Dowry Security a white male and two black males in a blue Toyota Tazz first burgled a house in Norite Street where they took firearms, among other valuables. The suspects then burgled a house in Azalea Street. They got away before the police or security companies could apprehend them. The white male is the driver of the vehicle.
The area currently is marked by high police activity.
If the suspects are spotted they should not be approached since they are considered armed and dangerous. Instead the sector police must be contacted on either 071 675 7130 or 071 675 7131.
