Should condoms be distributed in schools?

Recently Section 27 has approached the Department of Health and Basic Education about the possibility of making condoms available in schools. While the government is under pressure to distribute condoms at schools, residents have a different view when it comes to their children having access to condoms. Some parents think this idea is inappropriate – while some think the government should help sexually active children to get access to condoms….We ask residents how they feel about condoms being distributed in schools.
