Women police officers in the Honeydew Cluster were pampered for a few hours and given gifts and massages on their Women’s Day celebration.

This occurred at their cluster’s Women’s Network event celebrating at new Life Church, Bryanston, on 8 August.

Among those who encourage the women were Champion of the Honeydew Cluster’s Women’s Network Martie Maphanga and Randburg Police Station Commander Brigadier Lettie Hugo.

Hugo said that women are special because they are created by God, and with God supporting them they can make a difference to the level of crime.

The cluster comprises of different police stations such as Honeydew, Randburg, Douglasdale, Florida, Roodepoort and Diepsloot.
