Charterhouse does well on sports day
HONEYDEW – Charterhouse School pupils prove to be quite the sports people.
Charterhouse School’s Grade 6 and 7 pupils performed exceptionally well during the Randpark High School Winter Sports Day.
The event was held on 2 August and saw the boys and girls of Charterhouse being mixed with other pupils from neighbouring schools.
The teams, according to Charterhouse’s marketing manager Belinda Espag, were managed by Randpark High School pupils.
“It was a fantastic day and the Charterhouse boys and girls did exceptionally well in all the sports,” said Espag.
“Well done to those boys and girls who walked away with medals for winning their respective sections and congratulations to Madison Gordon and Matthew Pretorius who were voted Best Netball and Hockey Player on the day,” she added.
