The court case against the killer of JMPD officer Gabri Fouché has been finalised, according to his mother Yolandé Fouché.
Fouché was wounded fatally by Lindelany Majola during a chase after the robbers of a post office in Florida on 3 October 2012.
The investigating officer says sentencing will commence in the Roodepoort Magistrates’ Court on 10 October. Majola is facing charges of murder, robbery with aggravated circumstances and various other charges of robbery not related to the one on the day of Fouché’s death.
The sentencing will start exactly two years after Fouché’s funeral.
