Relaxed break from home at Kloofendal
Kloofendal Nature Reserve once again offers the perfect break from your busy life this weekend.

The Kloofendal Nature Reserve remains a perfect destination for a relaxed family outing or to learn more about nature and local gardens.
On Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 April the reserve has exciting events coming up.
On Saturday from 9am to 11am residents can enjoy a long walk through the reserve for a mere R30 per person.
On Sunday from 6am to 9am earlybirds can enjoy a bird ringing experience with Grant Egen. Tickets cost R60 per adult, R50 per pensioner and R40 per child.
If 6am is too early, residents also can book a tree course to learn about the Highveld trees with Karin Spottiswoode on 9am to 12 noon. Tickets for the course cost R120 per person.
“As per usual, we caution residents not to forget their hats, sunscreen and water bottles for these day-time events,” says Steve Spottiswoode.
Residents can book their tickets with Karin on 079 693 5608. For more details or to get the booking forms, visit the official FroK website.
