Taking out a book can be puzzling
NORTHSIDE - Pick up a book and help build a puzzle at a local library.
The Weltevreden Park Library in Fern Road, Weltevreden Park has started a new and exciting project.
Members of the community are invited to come and help build jigsaw puzzles when they come to take out books from the library.
They are hoping that lovers of jigsaw puzzles will come and add a few pieces to a puzzle, before or after selecting their books.
People do not need to be members in order to join in the fun and anyone of any age is welcome to pop in and spend time working on the puzzle.
This will be an on-going project at the library, where a puzzle will be in progress all year round. The library also loans out jigsaw puzzles, so if members of the community would rather take a puzzle home and work on it in the comfort of their homes, this is also possible.
