Today I had a most positive experience that I would like to share with the Record readers.
My vehicle’s fan belt snapped on my trip back from Pretoria and it was an absolute blessing that I turned into Total Oilgro Floracliffe at 114 William Nicol Drive, Constantia Kloof. It was the nearest filling station to the highway and to my office. I received go-the-extra-mile service from Johannes Buthelezi, the friendly attendant, quite literally. Richard van Greunen was a very understanding manager and was very helpful.
Johannes went to the trouble of taking his bicycle to cycle to Midas in Florida in order to buy me a new fan belt.
Johannes probably would have beaten the world record with how fast he came to my rescue!
I am amazed at the wonderful value-added service that I received and would like to express my gratitude for people in the community who help in such an efficient and selfless manner.
Johannes and Richard, you have earned yourselves a customer for life! Well done, Total Oilgro Floracliffe!
