Motorcyclists (and motorists) are invited to pay last respects to fallen motorcyclist.

Bikers are invited to attend the funeral for the fallen biker, Douglas Pearce that was gunned down on Vanetine’s Day. Attendees are asked to wear shorts and T-shirts if in a car. If they are riding their motorcycles they must wear their riding gear.
Douglas was a huge fan of the Blue Bulls and Manchester United and funeral goers are welcome to wear these teams’ shirts as well.
In lieu of flowers his wife Tammy has asked for donations to the Teddy Bear Clinic.
Please note that the family’s wishes are that there must be a silence – no burn outs, wheelies, revving or hooting. It has been suggested that an honour guard should be formed and a helmet salute be given.
Those wishing to attend must meet on Beyers Naude from 9am. The convoy will depart from World Wear at 10.15am on Saterday 22 February.
The church service will be held at St Columbus Church , 45 Lurgan Road, Parkview.
