Fun in nature with Kloofendal
The Kloofendal Nature Reserve and FroK present exciting February activities.

Enjoy the last of February at the Kloofendal Nature Reserve with fun events designed to entertain the whole family, says Neville Roberts, secretary of Friends of Kloofendal (FroK).
On Saturday 22 February there is a butterfly tour with Grant Egen. The tour costs R60 per adult, R50 per pensioner and R40 per child participating. The tour is from 9am to 11am.
On Sunday 23 February Karin Spottiswoode presents a tree course that costs R120 per person participating. From 8am to 11am Karin hopes to broaden residents’ knowledge of trees.
“Don’t forget hats, sun cream and water bottles for day events,” Spottiswoode reminds residents.
Lastly, also on Sunday 23 February, residents can enjoy a Gold Mine tour with Rod Kruger at R60 per adult, R50 per pensioner and R40 per child participating. The tour will start at 2pm and finish at 4pm.
