Gateway Society thanks Wild Eagle Spur
RUIMSIG - Restaurant donates 10% of net turnover for a night to charity.
The Gateway Society for the mentally and physically disabled in Ruimsig would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Wild Eagle Spur in Hole-in-One Avenue for their generous support.
The restaurant held a fundraising evening on 21 January to collect funds for the Gateway Society and donated 10 percent of the net turnover for the evening to the organisation. The restaurant offers this to any school or organisation in need of funds. Thus the more people join the event on the evening, the more funds are raised.
“It’s a wonderful gesture from Wild Eagle Spur,” said head of fundraising at the Gateway Society, Chanelle Bekker. “We are truly grateful for their support and would like to make others aware of how gracious and generous this Spur is.”
