According to ER24, although Christmas is a joyous time for most, many experience depression and the desire to commit suicide.

While this might come at a shock, ER24 sat down with one of their resident doctor’s, Dr Robyn Holgate to get her insight on the sensitive subject.

There are several signs and risk factors attributed to depression and suicide.
