I recently bought a car battery from the Battery Center on 51 Clarendon Drive, Discovery.
A few days ago it started to give problems.
The car left my wife stuck at a shopping center and she had to get someone to help push the car to start it. It also would not start in the morning and during the day whenever it was left parked for an half an hour or more. On Friday 25 October I took it back to the supplier and asked them to check the battery. They found that once cell was dead and a few more were on its way out. The battery was out of its guarantee period and I was not happy because car batteries usually last at least three to four years. I also was not willing to purchase another battery of the same brand.
When I mentioned this to the service adviser who assisted me, the owner of the company stepped in and talked to the service adviser. The next thing I knew, they changed the battery and did not charge ma a cent for it!
That was very unexpected and I actually felt embarrassed and went to the owner and thanked him for the service. What great service!
I can recommend the Battery Center on 51 Clarendon Drive in Discovery.
