Criminals plaguing our streets

Billy Pelser of Weltevreden Park writes:

It’s bad enough that you get your motor vehicle broken into while you’re in the Flora Clinic for an operation but now the thieves stole my dustbin during the downpour last week Monday.

What is it with criminals that just can’t leave things that don’t belong to them?

Imagine if we still put our milk bottles with money and coupons on the pavement – like the good old days – you would have a security company at every house guarding your twenty rand.
