Rocking for Cansa
Bachelorette of the year finalist organises great event for a good cause
Rocking for Cansa was held at Rumours on 17 October, and people enjoyed a night of quality entertainment for a good cause.
SA’s Bachelorette of the year finalist Melanie Bosch, who organised the event, asked Justin Serrao, Shaun Jacobs and Matthew Mole to perform at the charity event and all three artists agreed to play for free. Some of the players from the Lions Rugby club also came to enjoy the fun-filled atmosphere.
SA’s Bachelor and Bachelorette of the year competition is held by Copperstone Promotions, and revolves around finding South Africa’s most eligible singles, who are humanitarian in nature and concerned with benefiting society. The pageant is committed to supporting Cansa and more specifically, raising awareness for childhood cancer and Cansa’s TLC house, which looks after children battling the disease. All proceeds from the event went to Cansa.
