Happy Telkom customer

Good day

I recently applied for a contract with Telkom Mobile and, even though the deal fell through owing to arrears on my Telkom account, I was assisted by a lovely young lady named Bongi at the Westgate store. Not only did she give me service with a smile, she handled everything quickly and efficiently.

When I was declined, she was the one who went the extra mile to find out why I had been declined.

She really excelled in her job and deserves a huge thank you for her assistance. Even though I now have to wait a few more months before I can open my new account with Telkom, it will be worth it if she is still there to render her service.

Bongi, thank you again for your assistance. You are truly a star and a great asset to Telkom.
