Mr ADT shows Tjokkertjies how to keep safe

Tjokkers Pre-primary School received an entertaining visit from Mr ADT, with an interactive show on home safety specially tailored for the little audience recently.

Topics covered included;

• the dangers of putting objects in one’s mouth without asking parents first,
• dangers in the kitchen,
• electricity safety,
• the dangers of playing with fire, matches, lighters or candles,
• the dangers of playing with guns,
• how to behave around dogs,
• and what to do in a home invasion.

Mr ADT donned a futuristic armoured suit and had the children in stitches as he demonstrated these serious issues in a light and entertaining manner.

ADT hosts these informative shows free of charge to schools and learning institutions.
