Elvis Blue at Silverstar Casino

Well-known South African singer Elvis Blue will take to the stage at Silverstar Casino on 6 September.

The singer-songwriter began his career at a young age by singing in choirs and later busking in Europe. Since winning Idols in 2010 and sharing half of his winnings with runner-up Lloyd Cele, Elvis Blue has became a household name. In November 2010 his album entitled Elvis Blue was released.

The bilingual singer describes his music style as adult contemporary and he often plays an instrument while performing.

Elvis has since taken on many ambassadorial roles for various socio-economic causes. He started The Elvis Blue Music Academy to teach underprivileged children the joy of music. Children learn how to play different instruments in a safe environment.
